From rebel to a social Entrepreneur

A rebel  is a person who negates the traditions and stand apart from the majority having his own view right or wrong. He doesn't accept the views commonly agreed upon. They stand against the ills of the society whether someone stand beside them or not.
A Social entrepreneur is a person who finds and utilizes the opportunities in the society for the well being of the society, being profitable as well but having the social output as a major objective. He also has own view and see the opportunities that other cannot see.
Rebels and Social Entrepreneurs are the two opposite poles of the same magnet. They have a set of common attributes with different approach. Social Entrepreneurs are also called rebels with a cause.
There are some basic differences between a rebel and a social entrepreneur…..

  • Rebels are most of the time pessimist and believe in rebuilding which starts with destroying first. Social Entrepreneurs are optimist they believe in finding area of improvement.
  • Rebels do not have the temperament of accepting others whom they disagree but Social entrepreneur accept others to change their lives.
  • Rebels are problem oriented they find the problems, social entrepreneur are solution oriented.
  • Rebels are good speaker and social entrepreneur are good listner.
  • Rebels have destructive attitude but Social Entrepreneurs have constructive approach.
  • Rebels can be said to have a negative approach while social entrepreneurs have positive thinking.
  • In the society where rebel try to crush the ills, Social Entrepreneur finds medicine to cure.
  • Rebels stand alone apart from the society for the change and Social entrepreneur stand with the society for their betterment.
But both have their own place in the society, rebels are also very important in the society as they are only people who can bring the change when the society has completely collapsed because of social ills. Social Entrepreneur keep working for the betterment of society in all circumstances they try to save the society from collapse.
A rebel can be a good social entrepreneur if…..
But I personally believe one should be social entrepreneur instead of rebel to be more effective in the society. Any person who has a mind of rebel can be good social entrepreneur after a little amendment in his attitude and thinking style. He/she just has to be positive and collective in his/her thinking and now the rebel is a social entrepreneur.
How to make your thinking positive it is an art to be learnt. There are some exercises which can help one to make one’s thinking positive and collective.
Here is the one……..Pray for all people around you…. and people you see daily…whether you like or do not like them… pray for them…especially for those whom you dislike… it is a little difficult in the beginning but with the passage of time you will see noticeable difference in your thinking… how to pray for those whom do you abhor??? Just pray, May they are guided to right path and May they are reverted to a good person…
It is one exercise, but very effective one.

Wait

by Russell Kelfer
Desperately, helplessly, longingly, I cried;
Quietly, patiently, lovingly, God replied.
I pled and I wept for a clue to my fate . . .
And the Master so gently said, "Wait."

"Wait? you say wait?" my indignant reply.
"Lord, I need answers, I need to know why!
Is your hand shortened? Or have you not heard?
By faith I have asked, and I'm claiming your Word.

"My future and all to which I relate
Hangs in the balance, and you tell me to wait?
I'm needing a 'yes', a go-ahead sign,
Or even a 'no' to which I can resign.

"You promised, dear Lord, that if we believe,
We need but to ask, and we shall receive.
And Lord I've been asking, and this is my cry:
I'm weary of asking! I need a reply."

Then quietly, softly, I learned of my fate,
As my Master replied again, "Wait."
So I slumped in my chair, defeated and taut,
And grumbled to God, "So, I'm waiting for what?"

He seemed then to kneel, and His eyes met with mine . . .
and He tenderly said, "I could give you a sign.
I could shake the heavens and darken the sun.
I could raise the dead and cause mountains to run.

"I could give all you seek and pleased you would be.
You'd have what you want, but you wouldn't know Me.
You'd not know the depth of my love for each saint.
You'd not know the power that I give to the faint.

"You'd not learn to see through clouds of despair;
You'd not learn to trust just by knowing I'm there.
You'd not know the joy of resting in Me
When darkness and silence are all you can see.

"You'd never experience the fullness of love
When the peace of My spirit descends like a dove.
You would know that I give, and I save, for a start,
But you'd not know the depth of the beat of My heart.

"The glow of my comfort late into the night,
The faith that I give when you walk without sight.
The depth that's beyond getting just what you ask
From an infinite God who makes what you have last.

"You'd never know, should your pain quickly flee,
What it means that My grace is sufficient for thee.
Yes, your dearest dreams overnight would come true,
But, oh, the loss, if you missed what I'm doing in you.

"So, be silent, my child, and in time you will see
That the greatest of gifts is to truly know me.
And though oft My answers seem terribly late,
My most precious answer of all is still . . . Wait."

Meet yourself

How can I know, who am I, why am I? Man since its first birth has been trying to find out the meanings of its being. In history its quest has always been muddling with the questions; who is he/she?; How he/she came into being?; what is the purpose of his/her creation?; what will be his/her end?. For all his questions he uses the same sources of knowledge which are used almost in all cases. There are two basic sources of learning induction and deduction. In induction he is using different tools like  science, his power of senses, his observation to find the answers to all the questions; he keeps on exploring himself and his environment physically and Meta physically to find his answers. Science leads him to its theories like evolution and big bang to satisfy him where as when he takes help from deduction history and religion (existing sources of information and knowledge) guide him in this regard, they also provide him some meaning of his life. In deduction we take the information and knowledge from existing sources like books and other databases, in induction one learns and make his perceptions on the behalf of his experiences and observations of what is really going on all around.
Man of deduction whenever get indulged in some dialogue he uses the sayings of other people and references of existing information to prove his point, A man of induction believe his mind ,he says what he experience how he sees the world and how he thinks about the world.

Self  Analysis/ Step One Meet Yourself
Man meets thousands of people; he sees millions of scenes; he observes trillions of things , in all this he doesn’t get chance to meet himself he often doesn’t get even some moments to spend with himself for only his own sake. The people he meets daily or off and on, he knows their habits characteristics and also makes judgment about their nature. But he remains completely unaware about himself.
As we know almost each and everything in our room, we know where the table is; where the books are kept; where the curtains are; where the door to exit exist and what is the purpose of all these things, we know what is the use of bed placed in our room how to use the coach. We know each and every thing even the color of the bulbs in our room. In the very same way we should also know about ourselves, as we see outside, in the very same way we need to see inside, in the inner room, our heart, our soul and our self. It sounds strange and seems impractical or abstract concept difficult to implement, no problem, just think what happens when you visit a place for the first time and for a very short period of time, do you remember every detail of that place, definitely no. But if you visit it frequently and increase your stay over there, then definitely your acquaintance with the environment will increase you will start knowing more and more things about that place, the very same way, in the beginning it seems very odd to see in, inside yourself. But keep trying, with the passage of time you will explore yourself and you will, then, come to know about a very different world never reviled before. The method is very simple, spend some time daily or weekly or monthly as it suits you in the beginning but must spend some time alone just with yourself and think, think what do you like in others what makes you angry about others, try to recall some such instances like someone had misbehaved with you any time, someone had done a favor to you in the time of need, then try to find, all those things you like in other, do they exist in you? and also check if the things you abhor are there in you. Try to do those things for others which you like for yourself and try to abstain from those deeds which you don’t like. Try to recall the activities you have been doing the whole day and try to evaluate whether they were done the way as they should be or not.
Deduction will also help to find out our meaning, but we have started with induction by observing and using our senses to find and meet ourselves as we have a more strong belief in what we personally see, listen or feel.
